Account Executives are offered a proven, strategic sales process, as well as consistent high visibility to, and active engagement with, our leadership team. Technisource offers a broad range of IT services with more than 60 offices in the US. Our consultants provide such IT services as system and software design and development, resource planning, help-desk support, Internet and intranet development, and systems administration. Our business strategy involves building strong relationships with our clients who benefit from our high-value service delivery. We consistently help our clients meet or exceed their goals in a faster, more cost-effective way than they could with their internal resources or via the competition. We also offer solutions services in the areas of Quality Assurance and Testing, Engineering Services, Advanced Technologies, and Project Management. Technisource has a wide client industry base. Such as health care, finance, communications, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, biotech, retail, among others. We are seeking an Account Executive who will help us grow in the Central Virginia region. Some details of the job: - Selling IT staffing services in the Central Virginia area (primarily Richmond VA) - Marketing to small, mid-sized, and large accounts - Ability to place 20+ people their first year - Ability to excel on the phone AND in-person - Someone that likes the challenge of opening new accounts Why work here? 1. REQUIRED FIELD Top candidates possess the following: - Proven success as a sales professional in the Richmond market- Strong business development skills with a proven track record of selling in a very competitive industry- Strong work ethic and demonstrated “ownership” in your work- The ability to work effectively with team-members such as professional recruiters and sales support professionals- Excellent time management skills- Strategic planning skills related to identifying prospects, creating a plan of attack and executing on that plan of attack- Confidence based on expertise and thorough understanding rather than solely on personal drive- Drive to produce results- 3 to 5 years of sales experience- Must be a hunter, highly aggressive- Experience in the Staffing services is a HUGE plus- Energy, passion, hunger for closing new business, & a great attitude- Ability to pick up the phone and make the necessary number of phone calls to build a solid book of business- Someone that is competitive, hates to lose, a WINNER !
