Account Manager Summary

Our Los Angeles office is seeking to add an Account Manager to expand our existing business.  As an Account Manager you will focus on building business with leading companies in the Southern California market.  This is a sales job were you can make a difference in people’s lives, creating solutions for clients by providing them the right skill sets for their open positions and with candidates in placing them in the right job for their careers while being well compensated.

 

 

Essential Account Manager Skills & Characteristics Must possess strong negotiating skills and the ability to work closely with team membersPrior experience in sales is preferred but not requiredSomeone from a service industry is encouraged to applyMust be competent in selling an intangible service to critical decision-makersAn insatiable drive to achieve his/her personal goals which are aligned with the AccountPros corporate goalsA strong work ethic and a high level of self-motivation is paramount!A minimum of 2+ years previous experience performing a combination of business development, sales and recruiting functions in the temporary staffing business is desiredA Bachelor’s degree is desired in related Business, Communications, Accounting, or Finance fields
