Account Manager/Recruiter for Technical Contracting Services

 

N-Tier Solutions Inc. is full-service information technology contract services (staff augmentation), permanent placement and custom application development company located in Winston-Salem, NC. Our company has been in business for over 8 years and maintains long established relationships with our clients, of which most are Fortune 500 companies. We have been awarded a national contract services agreement with one of our biggest clients in New Jersey and New York and we are looking to hire an Account Manager and a Recruiter to be responsible for the management, maintenance and growth of the contract services business within the different divisions of our client. Our client has several different divisions in the area and our company is a Tier 1 established vendor for all divisions (including some in other states).

As the Account Manager you will be expected to:

• First and foremost you will be responsible for adding additional contract services personnel to this client and growing the head count and billing on contractors within this account.
• Establish strong relationship within each division and be able to obtain detailed requirements for each contract position
• You will be expected to work with the recruiters to explain each requirement in detail and to assist with the recruiting process so that only qualified and suitable candidates are submitted
• You will be expected to understand the candidates submitted, have discussions with the hiring managers to understand the requirements and sell the candidates to our client and close the deal.
• Develop a list of the different divisions within our client facilities and to develop organizational charts of the key managers with names, titles, contact numbers and their areas of responsibilities.
• Maintain daily status reports on the client and all outstanding requirements.
• Manage all contract staff to include payroll issues, raises, performance reviews, work related issues with our client, etc.
• Keep client management updated as required and be the subject matter expert on the contractual agreements of our client and the company and make sure we adhere to those agreements and complete status reports back to our client as assigned by them on a timely basis.
• Become familiar with time tracking and candidate submissions within the client’s internal online system.
• Make sure that the recruiting staff is updated on a daily basis as to the activity of the requirements and make sure they know exactly what they should be recruiting for on each position.
• You will be expected to assist with recruiting to make sure we are making the appropriate submittals to meet the contract requirements within the vendor management program.
• Meet the required placement objective for this position.

N-Tier Solutions Inc. will also consider hiring a recruiter who can play dual roles of an account manager and recruiter until the account is more established. In the role of a recruiter, you will be expected to assist with:

• Posting of new positions to our internal web based database as well as other online/internet database services, sourcing and searching internet database services for qualified candidates, asking for referrals and networking with other contacts, maintaining communication with local candidates, interviewing and qualifying candidates from their resume as it relates to the job specifications, staying abreast of technical terminology and understanding how to qualify candidates from technical requirements, conducting background checks, drug testing, reference checks, negotiating contracts and offers, placing of candidates into our clients and managing those resources on a as required basis, maintain an updated internal recruiting database with good documentation on candidates and with clients as necessary. Other operational duties will include: maintaining employment agreements, payroll information and all appropriate records on your contract employees and subcontractors, assist in collection of time sheets, preparation of payroll, updating and maintaining current information on our web site, and other miscellaneous and administrative duties as needed.
