My client, a leader in providing next generation telecommunications networks, is searching for an Account Manager and a Optical Sales Manager for their Hazlet NJ Office.Senior Account Manager – Tier 1 TelecommunicationsOverview and duties:Create new business and customers, promote and sell wireless solution (CDMA/Terminals) to US wireless service providers. The company will provide competitive base salary, commission incentive plan, benefits package, good working environment, and a broad and flexible career path. Develop and execute sales strategy, manage the sales and customer relationship within defined product/ business area, maintain and maximize a high level of customer satisfaction, focus on selling to US wireless service providers with CDMA or wireline solutions. Requirements:The successful candidate must have minimum 5 years of Wireless and wireline Infrastructure sales experience in US market, with proven ability in new business and new customer acquisition, self-motivated, able to work with minimal supervision, and thrive in a high energy, competitive environment. Ability to proactively generate sales leads, follow up and close. Successful candidate with good networks and relationships to the senior/executive level of service providers in US is an advantage. The candidate should be able to demonstrate a track record of establishing new markets and customers in a highly competitive market, as well as meeting/exceeding sales quota for each of the past 3 years. A proven communicator with a solid technical background, the candidate will be able to proactively convincingly present Huawei wireless/wireline solutions (CDMA/terminal), addressing practical network applications and leading client to win the opportunities. Ability to work well with teams or independently, to work effectively in a multi-cultural environment. Must be willing to travel as required. Senior Optical Technical Sales ManagerOverview/Duties: Provide pre-sales technical support for Optical transmission product (SONET/DWDM). Providing technical support to sales staff and customers and develop pre-sales product configurations/pricing. Understanding customer's network environment and deployment plan. Providing solution and product recommendations. Preparing presentations, assisting in the preparation of RFIs/RFPs. Participating in evaluations and field trials. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or equivalent technical degree. Minimum 4 years industry experience as a sales engineer working with Optical transmission products. Strong Telecommunications background, including work experience in the area of Optical solutions. Excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently, promote the company's product lines, and maintain a high level of ethical work standards. Quick learner and self-starter, with a willingness to dive in and learn everything required to be successful on the job. Willingness to take ownership of deployments and make them successful. Must have a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
