Accounting Manager

77642 Premier Pharmaceutical organization needs a technically superior Accounting Manager. This position reports to the Senior Manager, Finance in the Auditing and Reporting Group. While working with the accounting, legal, corporate development and financial planning teams, the candidate will be a key member of the finance group responsible for external reporting, Sarbanes-Oxley Section 302 and 404 compliance and some internal audit activities. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and CPA are required. Public Accounting background with 4+ years of experience.
