Company Description Major service provider Job Description Responsibilities for the Accounts Payable Coordinator include: Ensuring timely and accurate payment of invoices and expense reports Working on the daily processing, coding and filing of invoices/employee expense reports Processing a volume of 30-40 checks per week, identifying approval authorization, matching to purchase orders (where applicable) and securing proper tax documentation from vendors (W-9 form) Maintaining confidentiality over invoices and expense reports Matching checks to invoice backup and preparing checks for review, distribution, and filing Handling the queries and requests of fellow employees and vendors, in person and through telephone and email communications Assisting with month end accruals and month end closing Handling ad hoc analyses and other special projects, as required Required Skills 1+ years of relevant work experience Strong Microsoft Office skills Company: Execu/Search Group Job Title: Accounts Payable Coordinator Job Category: Accounting/Finance/Insurance Location: US-NY-New York City Salary/Wage: 19.00 - 20.00 USD /hour Reference Id: U957345
