Company Description Major investment bank Job Description Job responsibilities for the Accounts Payable Representative include: Handling all aspects of the accounts payable process Processing invoices and payments for the telecommunication, facility and commission management departments Reviewing and analyzing invoices for proper authorization, general ledger coding, sales tax, purchase order, receipt of goods and correct billing Entering and maintaining new vendors in the Oracle system Acting as the contact for accounts payable issues including, but not limited to, maintaining vendor relations, payment inquiries, research and resolution of discrepancies Contacting for audit inquires and concerns Contacting for inquiries from the bank Assisting other departments as necessary Required Skills 1+ years of experience with Oracle financial software or a comparable accounting software Entry level experience with accounts payable or other finance related department Proficient in MS Office and accounting software Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance Company: Execu/Search Group Job Title: Accounts Payable Representative Job Category: Accounting/Finance/Insurance Location: US-NY-New York City Salary/Wage: 14.00 - 15.00 USD /hour Reference Id: U957193
