Your role will be filled with variety and will include but not be limited to the following responsibilities:

 Organize CEO office to maximize workflow this might include setting up files and/or processes that create efficiency Support to all pre and post sales support tasks (sending confirmations, thank you notes, contracts, database notes, etc.) Manage CEO schedule and activities Assist with phones/email, correspondence, faxes, scanning as needed Prepare and distributing marketing material Market Research as assigned (this can be quite interesting) Update and maintain client database Create and maintain spreadsheets including reporting of various business/office metrics Assist clients and prospects as needed, this bullet is key as your ability to understand our business as well as be proactive AND intuitive is key! Conduct mailings Create & maintain client/prospect distribution lists Assist with website updates Other administrative duties and projects as needed, basically opportunities to make an impact abound, your professional experience is waiting!



Qualifications:

 

Ideally you are the kind of person that keeps lists and loves crossing items off the list!  You love to be the go-to person.  You enjoy a challenge you have never faced.  You believe in providing quality, honest, service and feel confident thinking out-of-the-box for solutions to problems.

 Minimum 3 years prior experience in a professional business environment Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook Outstanding Oral and Written Communication Skills Regarding communication, ability to approach each interface with a 'how can I help' perspective. Ability to learn quickly and adapt to change - a proven track record here is key! Extraordinary attention to detail Excellent organizational and problem solving skills Great telephone skills Proactive time management of Self and CEO Ability to create efficiency and organization that is sustainable.
