Advertising Coordinator for Leading Recruiting Firm $45 - 55k!

Boutique recruiting firm is looking for a high-energy, proactive, go-getter to join our Advertising Department!  This role is responsible for overseeing ad writing/placement for the entire company. The firm’s 3 offices and 4 divisions write and publish over 250 ads per month all under the Advertising Department’s direction. Additionally, the Advertising Coordinator works with executive management to plan new promotional campaigns as well as update division websites and print advertising pieces. You will also create, order, and distribute collateral and marketing materials, as well as plan corporate events and coordinate client gifts.

This is the perfect opportunity for an individual who has worked as an administrative assistant and has creative interests. Your outstanding ability to juggle many tasks and coordinate ever-shifting priorities and deadlines will make you the perfect fit for this multifaceted role.  The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented, driven professional who has experience in a sales or corporate environment.
