Agile Software Developer - 032408-06

The Agile Software Developer (all levels) will work within a programming workcell to design, code, and test a large multi-tiered ASP.NET web application. The developer will use several industry standard open source and 3rd party tools to facilitate development using a strict Scrum Agile approach. Working with a Process Coach and Scrum Master, the developer will estimate, design and pair program the application and unit test each story assigned.Requirements:All levels required from junior developer to ArchitectDeep knowledge of capabilities and constraints of current industry standard .NET patterns and practices.Excellent written and spoken communication skillsTeam-oriented attitudeExperience working in an Agile development project a plusStrong independent trouble-shooting and problem solving skills required.A working knowledge of n-Tier architectures and modular design principlesExperience designing, implementing and testing multi-tiered C# ASP.NET web applications.Strong inter-personal skills a must.Experience with .NET 3.5 a plusExperience with Test Driven Development (TDD) a plusExperience with Castle Project, nHibernate, data modeling, RDBMS, integration test suites, and Enterprise Service Bus architectures a plus.Educational Requirements:Bachelors degree, or equivalent work experiencRelocation: NoneMcLane Advanced Technologies, LLC (MAT) provides a full range of Logistical and Information Technology Services for Government and Commercial clients.
