Agronomy Location Manager- Experienced Staff

Agronomy Location Manager in Northern MN Multi-Location cooperative seeks an aggressive, highly organized, and motivated Agronomy Location Manager. The position will focus on directing, promoting, coordinating, budgeting, and forecasting for the agronomy division. Position will be responsible for all agronomy operations including but not limited to: dry fertilizer plant, liquid fertilizer plant, crop nutrients, crop protection products, custom application, and bulk seed. Duties will also include daily supervision of employees, inventory control, product purchasing, pricing and responsibility for department profitability.  This company is a profitable company, and the location is about $2.5MM currently and is profitable, but has the potential to be doubled.  Key attributes desired are strong communication skills, leadership, sales drive, supervisory expertise and a desire to drive profitability and growth.
