Our Recruiters work directly with the on-site team at State Street Corporation in Midtown Manhattan and Princeton, New Jersey. We are responsible for managing all aspects of the staffing process for our client groups/programs.

We are looking for experienced Recruiters with Hedge Fund Administration, Private Equity, or other Alternative Investment Services recruiting. Our Recruiters consult with our clients by offering creative and effective staffing solutions, conduct needs analysis, source, screen and present qualified candidates for open financial services related positions. 
 

Position Requirements:

The preferred candidate will have a Bachelors degree in business, human resources or related field or equivalent experience and a minimum of 3 years experience in recruitment/selection in a financial services environment – specifically, Private Equity and Hedge Fund Administration. Exceptional communication, interviewing, Web eCruiting, organizational, time management, and customer service skills required. Strong negotiation and analytical skills are imperative along with attention to detail.
