Southern MinnesotaApplications Development Lead/Manager for growing Microsoft . NET shop.Looking for experienced MS development lead or architect to manage team of .NET developers and software engineers.  This role will be involved with design and build of web based applications, primarily developed with .NET architecture. C#, ASP.NET, SQL Server.Large enough to prove stability yet small enough to allow flexibility without all the politics in a large corporate environment. Qualified candidates should have come up the ranks from a developer to a senior or a lead role in a Microsoft shop.Other web related skills such as Java, PHP, XML a plus.  Local or Midwest candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
