The Area Director is an extension of the Senior Vice President’s market and is a critical part of the team. Responsibilities include:· Market visits and coaching calls to further develop staff at multi branch locations. · Driving sales activity and results· Train, motivate, encourage and advance the team to reach its performance goals.· Responsible for budgets, operations, and driving the bottom line.  · Travel 60%+ to branches, clients and prospects throughout the region.  Candidate must posses a proven track record of past multi-cost center management.
