Assistant Branch Manager

Work as an Assistant Branch Manager for QPS Companies, Inc.  QPS has been in business since 1985 and has been recognized in 2007 by both the Small Business Times as the "Small Business of the Year" and by the Business Journal as one of the "Great Places to Work."

For this position, we are seeking someone who is Bilingual in both English and Spanish. As an Assistant Branch Manager, you'll be responsible and accountable for the following:Responsible for day-to-day operational tasks. Work closely with the Branch Manager in creating and managing office budgets. Occasionally recruit external employees to be placed at our client companies. Plan and set-up recruiting events. Assist in the training and coaching of staff. Assist in maintaining branch goals.

Assistant Branch Manager

In order to be successful in this position, the following is required: Ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal forms in both English and Spanish. Two years of post-high school education or related experience required. Four-year degree is strongly preferred. General understanding of computers and Microsoft Windows programs. Ability to deal with a fast-paced environment and multiple tasks. Must be detailed-oriented

Temperament: Ability to adapt quickly in various situations. Posses professional mannerisms; remain in control at all times, especially under pressure. Ability to promote teamwork and lead by example. Have a high level of enthusiasm and sense of urgency. Have a high level of integrity and commitment. Posses self-motivation and self-direction.

Other Attributes: Driving on behalf of QPS will be necessary. Reliable transportation is needed along with a valid driver's license.
