K&P INTERNATIONAL is the U.S. branch of Konstroffer & Partner Personalmarketing KG in Frankfurt, Germany.  We provide our services mainly to U.S. subsidiaries of German, Swiss and Austrian firms.  We also support our parent company in the search and selection of qualified candidates throughout Europe, China and Japan.

 

We are currently seeking an Assistant to the VP International Executive Search.  The responsibilities are broad and varied and include:  Internet research, database maintenance, liaising with our HQs in Germany.

 

You have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business and/or German and at least two years experience working in a fast-paced office.  Fluent German language skills are an absolute must.  Excellent computer and Internet skills are required, experience using ACT! is a plus.  You possess good organizational, analytical and communication skills.
