Associate Business Development Manager

We are looking for an Entry Level Sales Professional that want a Career in a thriving industry! Accountants Inc. provides staffing solutions for accounting and finance departments in companies large and small, domestic and international, at headquarters and in the field. By integrating project, project to direct hire, and direct hire services, we provide flexible options for our clients' staffing and candidates' career needs.The Associate Business Development Manager is primarily responsible for business development with new client companies. This person spends the majority of his or her time on the phone prospective clients and ensuring that all needs are met and strong relationships established. The ideal candidate is a high-energy team player with outside sales experience. Job Purpose:Generates revenue by developing market potential through forecasting, lead generation, qualification, and recommending new products and services.Duties:* Identifies market potential by qualifying accounts through high volume out bound research calls.* Initiates sales process by scheduling appointments; making initial presentation; understanding account requirements via the phone.* Closes sales by building rapport with potential account; explaining product and service capabilities; overcoming objections; preparing contracts over the phone.* Expands sales in existing accounts by introducing our services.* Contributes information to market strategy by monitoring competitive products and reactions from accounts.* Recommends new products and services by evaluating current product results; identifying needs to be filled.* Sends out business correspondence and marketing material to qualified prospects.* Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.* Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing and quality of service.* Maintains professional and technical knowledge of Accounting and Finance through training; reviewing professional publications; networking; participating in professional societies.* Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales.* Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.Qualifications: Must have a 4 year degree Out going personality Desire to really control your own salary Professional Business attitude Self- motivatedSkills:One year of Experience required.Customer Service, Meeting Sales Goals, Closing Skills, Territory Management, Prospecting Skills, Negotiation, Self-Confidence, Product Knowledge, Presentation Skills, Client Relationships, Motivation for SalesThis position offers a competitive base salary and a monthly commission check. emeyer@accountantsinc.com   Accountants Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
