Associate Network Specialist

Linde Healthcare is a St. Louis-based company providing nationwide recruitment services for physicians.  We are currently seeking an Associate Network Specialist. 

Duties include: Day-to-day 2nd level technical support to employees primarily for desktop systemsInstalling, configuring and troubleshooting desktop systems, workstations, servers, telecomm and network issuesMaintaining passwords, data integrity and file system security for the desktop environmentCommunicate highly technical information to both technical and non-technical personnelProvide IT and User DocumentationInvolvement in IT projects either as a contributor or a project leadMonitoring network infrastructure

Qualified candidate will possess:Technical Certification or equivalent experienceOne to two years experience in an IT technical support roleExtensive knowledge of computer hardware and softwareProven support experience of MS Windows operating systems, Active Directory, MS Office, and MS ExchangeHighly effective oral and written communication skills Proven innovative track record of successFlexibility, tolerance and adaptability to rapid change a mustProven project management ability an advantage
