Associate Recruiter – Las Vegas Work directly with the recruiting team to learn about job order specifications, current and future needsRespond to inquiry calls from candidatesSource candidates and review candidate resumes from various sources including database, postings, job boards, and referral candidatesReactivate candidates from the database, updates files and get referralsConduct preliminary phone interviews to determine skills and areas of expertiseConduct face/face candidate interviews current and future positionsIntroduce candidates to Recruiters
