Associate Relations Leader

MAU is a single source human resources provider.  Due to the opening of MAU’s newest division, Tier One Solutions, MAU is recruiting for the following positions in Greer, SC:

Manages a variety of Supervisors and HR and Assoc. Relations activities in a manufacturing environment. First line of contact for associates on the production floor for all employment related issues including corrective action, transfers, payroll, benefits and any other communications for up to 250 associates. Prior HR, Assoc. Relations, supervision or production management or 3-5 years in a related field required. BS or BA in Business, HR or manufacturing preferred. Must be proficient in MS Excel and Word. Night Shift position.
