The Staffing Recruiter is responsible recruiting skilled labor professionals for both contract and contract-to-hire positions with top companies in the Orange County area.

Primary Responsibilities:
•Sourcing, screening, and interviewing potential candidates
•Developing a network of candidates in all areas of construction and skilled trades
•Becoming an expert at recruiting candidates from job fairs, internet, schools and other referral sources
•Conducting background checks and reference checks for each candidate placed
•Serving as primary point of contact for each contractor you place with a client throughout and after their term of employment
•Assisting the team with conversations requiring a Spanish speaker, as needed
•Becoming an industry expert on employment market trends as pertaining to the construction and skilled trades industries

Requirements for Consideration:
•Experience recruiting in the skilled labor or light industrial staffing environment
•MUST BE BILINGUAL SPANISH/ENGLISH for consideration.
