CareersUSA, a leading staffing service, is seeking a Branch Assistant to work in its Boca Raton, Fla. office.
This direct-hire, full-time position pays $10 - $12 per hour, based on experience. You must be available for overtime.
Position Summary:
Directly assist the branch office in generating sales revenue by adhering to management policies on interviewing and placement of temporary employees, payroll procedures and client satisfaction. Ability to assimilate the duties of the Account Executive in his/her absence.
Job Responsibilities include:
Handling the front desk in a fast-paced office environment, answering phones, greeting applicants, handling new hire paper work, prescreening applicants, data entry, typing, and payroll.
Administrative Responsibilities include:
Testing, entering timecard/weekly payroll information, employment reference checks, maintaining supplies, and perform additional duties as required.
Sales/Recruiting Responsibilities include:
Scheduling new applicant appointments, make "referral" calls, and other related duties as required.
The ideal candidate:
Must have a bubbly, friendly personality, excellent customer service skills, and be self-driven in a high pressure environment.
