United Staffing Associates (USA) is a recruiting and search firm excelling in the Employment industry.We are currently seeking a Branch Manager for our Santa Maria, CA location. 

The Branch Manager is responsible for the effective operations and profitability of the branch office. This position leads and manages the Administrative and Recruiting staff while improving profitability through sales growth in the local territory or region.

Responsibilities include:Branch Profitability Business Development Staff Supervision and Development Customer Service and Branch Operations Corporate Social Responsibility

Essential requirements include:Organization Leadership Motivation Honesty Reliability Career-Oriented Management Communication Technical/Clerical Bi-lingual Spanish Ability to work long hours when needed

 Degree and/or equivalent Experience requiredMust have a minimum of two (2) to four (4) years experience in progressively responsible administrative business positions. Experience in a recruiting related industry a plus. Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills required. Demonstrated excellence in time management and organizational skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills required. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization. Ability to read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence and memos. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
