The majority of our search assignments are permanent although we offer contract and temp to hire services as well. We have produced and cultivated some of the industry's top headhunters. We have an amazing core group of people who work closely together on all of our search assignments. Our current team consists of Sr. Recruiters, Jr. Recruiters, Researchers, and Operational Support.

The Entrepreneurial Spirit

Davron is looking for a risk taking entrepreneur who wants to build their own staffing practice. Our ideal candidate will be thoroughly versed in both permanent placements as well as contract assignments. Since our current area of expertise is staffing for engineers nationally, we would ideally prefer a candidate that is involved in some other area of specialty. Any staffing practice is fine as long as it has potential for substantial revenue growth.

 

So What Will Be Expected of Me?

On your first day you will start looking for two Jr. Recruiters to assist you in building your practice. As soon as your practice becomes profitable, you will be responsible for hiring one to two more Jr. Recruiters. You will have direct oversite of these Jr. Recruiters with the aim of eventually cultivating them into full fledged producing recruiters. You will be given a budget which you will be responsible for managing. You will have to make the tough decisions like where to spend advertising dollars, how much to bonus, other unique ideas that cost money to execute. You will need to come up with ideas that show promise, present those ideas to the CEO, and then execute your game plan. This is a job only for TRUE ENTREPRENEURS. You will be responsible for literally building a staffing practice from scratch. We will provide the office, the equipment, the databases and everything else needed to succeed, you provide the vision and the amazing amount of dedication and time needed.

Since Davron is an entrepreneurial, successful company, we want to hear outside the box compensation suggestions. Ideally we want someone who is confident and willing to work on a heavily incentive laden plan. Someone with a vision to build a team of 5-15 people within the next 1-2 years.
