Builds / Release / Configuration Engineer

92038 This established software vendor with 400 employees and $100m in annual revenue is a world leader in high-performance CORBA-based products. They are seeking an accomplished Builds Engineer to join a team of energetic, motivated professionals creating the next generation of software tools to support the fast pace of technological advances with the global IT marketplace. Responsibilities include: Develop and maintain automated build and deployment software. Manage test environment for multiple enterprise product lines. Manage software deployments in the staging and production environments. Coordinate with the test automation.Requirements: Several years of commercial software engineering experience that includes at least three years in release, builds, and/or configuration management. Familiarity with the software configuration management systems, build tools, and source code version control systems, like ClearCase, Subversion (SVN), or TeamCity. Knowledge of Ant and Maven. Perl/shell/bash skills. Ability to analyze and resolve build errors in C++ and Java.
