Our state of the art research facility is designed to conduct studies for Pharmacokinetics, Bioequivalence/Bioavailability, Safety and Efficacy, Drug Interaction and Dose Ranging in all therapeutic areas. For this position we are offering a competitive base salary and a lucrative bonus/commission structure.Responsibilities:* Market the company's research services to the pharmaceutical industries. * Develop strategies for establishing partnerships and business relationships to market services. * Become an expert in clinical trial site development and maintain algorithms for costing new business * Collaborate with internal departments (and possibly external partners) in the development and implementation of strategies, plans, and business models. * Seek out and researches prospective projects through making phone calls, traveling, attending conferences, and utilizing the Internet. * Manage relationships with various prospects, clients, and partners in the pharmaceutical industry. * Manage and update current database of business development contacts * Provide support to upper management in deal negotiations, contract development, due diligence, and other business development projects. * Provide input to the management team on new product or service features to be developed to meet current and future business needs. * Provide guidance and support to junior business development staff, if applicable. * Research and learn all new emerging technologies and trends. * Comply with Good Clinical Practices (GCPs). * Provide guidance and support to business development Analyst staff who create project budgets to accurately reflect the scope of work described within proposals * Provide support to upper management in deal negotiations, contract development, due diligence, and other business development projects.Requirements:* Four-year degree, preferably in a project management, business, health-related or scientific field * Clinical trial implementation or clinical development experience * Proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat * Excellent communication skills and a strategic thinker * Willing to travel travel up to 25% of the time on a nationwide basis as needed Location: Cincinnati, Ohio; Dayton, Ohio Want to interview today?
