ProLogistix is rapidly growing in the Jacksonville market and seeking a great new Sales Professional to assist in the process of sharing our service offerings with companies in need of exceptional talent.

Duties:

·         organize and achieve targeted goals

·         manage activity to achieve these goals

·         present information effectively to the client

·         effectively build relationships with new and existing clients

·         move up the relationship ladder and across departments

·         sell Temporary, Temporary to Hire and Direct Hire, recognizing opportunity to present additional value added services

·         set and negotiate market rates for Temporary, Temporary to Hire and Direct Hire business that is competitive with market rates

 

Requirements:

·         communicate effectively both verbally (strong presentation skills) and through written documentation

·         work accurately and reliably with a positive attitude

·         act as a team player and communicate effectively with staff

·         Uncover Workforce Management Opportunities

·         Staffing Industry Experience and / or Warehouse experience strongly preferred

 

Compensation

Base salary is negotiable depending upon experience.  Additional compensation includes commission as well as excellent benefits and training.
