Sales/Marketing/Business Development Position
for Bergen County Staffing Agency

We are looking for an individual to obtain new Clients for our Bergen County, Paramus, NJ based Staffing Firm.  We handle a variety of temporary positions, including all administrative/office support positions.  In this role, one would handle obtaining, scheduling and securing appointments with prospective accounts as well as presenting to the appropriate individual at the prospective companies in order to achieve new business.  This process begins with cold-calling and finding contacts in a variety of creative ways. 

A background in Human Resources and/or Sales experience in the Staffing Industry are necessary.  The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and organizational skills and be very comfortable with presenting to large groups as well as individuals. 

Proven sales record is necessary.
