As an Account Executive, based in midtown Manhattan, your primary mission will be to drive the full life cycle sale of Accolo's end to end recruitment solution in the NY Metro market place. Leverage your polished communication and consultative, outside sales experience to break down any barriers to "YES" while meeting with C and VP level decision makers of small to mid-sized companies. A keen understanding of business pains paired with knowledge of outsourced services and complex solution sales will seat you in the perfect position to heal our clients of their recruiting injuries inflicted by agency/contract recruiters or an overall absence of a recruiting infrastructure. Your “go get ‘em” mentality and established professional network will enable you to easily make introductions into the NY Metro market and start developing new business after a short ramp up time at our headquarters in Northern California.
