Spherion is looking for a bright individual to help us with our new creative division.  Get in on the ground floor of an amazing new venture Play a leading role in the creation of a global entityWe have recently acquired two new companies with a large need for creative recruiters.  This is for temporary and permanent positions.  We are presently seeking a Creative Recruiter with experience in Advertising, Marketing and Web Design. This position will have you reporting to the Branch Manager and Onsite Manager.This Creative Services Supervisor will recruit the highest caliber talent across a full range of functions – broadcast, print, interactive, etc. - to join the new organization. You will be responsible for all aspects of the recruiting process, including sourcing of candidates, portfolio review and screening, managing candidate flow through entire interview process, extending offers and closing candidates.  Requirements: 5+ years Creative recruiting experience Proven success with various internet and traditional direct sourcing techniques Proven team player Excellent negotiation skills Excellent written and verbal skills Experience working within start-up situations is a plus   Compensation is negotiable    Since 1946, Spherion has been helping talented individuals find rewarding job opportunities that drive excellence in their career.
