CRM Database Marketing Analyst

As the Database Marketing Analyst, you will work with the marketing database to support and improve the effectiveness of lead generation and marketing initiatives. You will be responsible for updating and improving the firm's prospect and client database, client segmentation, mailing list extraction and evaluating the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. You will be expected to plan, report and track marketing activities for the U.S. Commercial business, as the CRM Database Marketing Analyst. Company Description Major service provider Job Description As the CRM Database Marketing Analyst you will: Update and optimize the marketing database including integration of lists, developing and optimizing segmentation schemes and maintaining data quality Update database with data collected from various sources, including returned mail, internal HR alerts, and external data suppliers Research, correct and enter new data into database records Analyze marketing campaign performance, and develop campaign reporting tools integrating multiple data points to ensure timely, accurate insights Develop and optimize list segmentation for all direct marketing campaigns Provide analytical support for reporting Utilize migration tools to import data Utilize software for data cleansing and de-duplicating data Perform quality assurance and testing Set up and track campaigns and history in database Work with mailing program lead to execute the direct mail by conducting list targeting, reporting, performing contact research and updates, data checks, mail merges, and campaign maintenance Ensure each mailing has proper set of information by performing data checks on full mailing list to remove errors; similarly perform data checks on new data imports prior to data integration Create campaigns for all mailing activities and capture relevant data, including campaign members, budget costs, mailed cover letters and IC pieces Produce reports for above programs on a regular basis using established reporting procedures and tools Collect ROI data for analysis, i.e. tracking leads generated through to sales and recording campaign data in the database** Required Skills Experience with database design/development projects and providing analytical support to marketing or product managers Demonstrated skill and experience with direct response (mail, interactive) relational database design, concepts and usage Skilled in working with data at varying levels of granularity and the issues inherent in building data sets across platforms Strong understanding of data structures and analyzing data from a business and marketing perspective Strong Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Gantt chart and data management/entry skills Bachelor's degree in business or a quantitative discipline (i.e. Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Finance, Computer Science, etc.) Desired Skills Experience with marketing automation software Company: Execu/Search Group Job Title: CRM Database Marketing Analyst Job Category: Marketing/Product Location: US-NY-New York City Salary/Wage: 55,000.00 - 70,000.00 USD /year Reference Id: U957290
