Call Center Supervisor, Boston
92109 An educational organization is looking for a new Supervisor to lead their Call Center Team. This is a temp to perm opportunity and an immediate need. Depending on experience, this position will pay up to $45K. Responsibilities: Supervise representatives and be responsible for training, quality, and motivational and incentive programs. Monitor call quality, coach, and develop call center representatives. Monitor staff productivity levels; attain call statistics and monthly Call Center goals. Ensure proper staffing for department on a daily basis. Enforce the proper use of standard operating policies, procedures, and protocols by department staff. Compile reports and other information to be distributed to upper management for analysis. Maintain professionalism, courtesy, and confidentiality at all times. Maintain excellent communication link between the Call Center and other internal departments. Respond to escalated telephone and patient inquiries. Mentor staff to work as a team to achieve Call Center and organizational goals Appraise performance, reward, and discipline employees, when necessary. Research and resolve client complaints.Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of college completed. 5 years of call center experience including 2 years of proven supervisory / training responsibility. Excellent verbal and written skills. Medical experience a plus.
