Founded in 1940, Yoh is headquartered in Philadelphia, PA.TITLE: Client Business SpecialistPOSITION SUMMARY:Yoh HR Solutions, a leading provider of talent and outsourcing services, has a full-time opportunity for a Client Business Specialist to join our team onsite with our client in Schenectady, NY.The Client Business Specialist supports the operation of GE Infrastructure's HR4U by transacting non-client specific tasks, many of which are US payroll focused, for all the Infrastructure businesses.ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:- Cost of Living Adjustments - on and off cycle- Configuration requests - those processed internally and those requiring Kintana tickets- Join GE issue resolution- Reduction in Force processing- HR data report request processing- Official documents, ADN, Legal Entity, I-9 and Nationality updates- Web Special Payment processing- Transfers to other GE businesses and Transfer Module clean-up- Data loads- Duplicate ID clean-up- Kintana tickets- Security Administration - add, update, end OHR access- SupportCentral site and workflow form administration- Rewards and Recognition - Other projects/responsibilities assignedNOTE: This job description in no way state or implies that these are the only duties to be performed by the employee occupying this position.
