Company Description Fortune 500 company Job Description Responsibilities for the Client Service Manager – Equity Derivative include: Acting as a conduit between the client and a number of different operational groups within the company Reducing outstanding confirmations in accordance with either internal or industry/federal imposed standards Facilitating client on boarding to one or more industry accepted electronic platforms Promoting the adoption of standard terms Monitoring trade booking through various systems Managing the return confirmation/execution process Interacting with salespeople on daily client issues as they arise Providing client support and product guidance via industry initiatives Applying best practices to develop solutions that are value added client relationship management Conducting regular operational reviews through client visits and/or conference calls Acting as a point of escalation for client risk management Providing daily oversight of the team in all it's capacities using various metrics Developing new metrics as business needs change Managing and implementing projects Proposing and implementing new procedures/systems as needed Communicating and coordinating with global counterparts Required Skills 5-12 years of strong client service/operations experience Prior management experience Strong Excel skills Desired Skills Equity derivative experience Company: Execu/Search Group Job Title: Client Service Manager - Equity Derivative Job Category: Accounting/Finance/Insurance Location: US-NY-New York City Salary/Wage: 65,000.00 - 90,000.00 USD /year Reference Id: J49561
