Company Description Global investment bank Job Description As the Client Services Representative Associate you will: Act as a main point of contact for the assigned client base in the synthetic equity product Develop and maintain close and effective relationships with influential decision makers within client and potential client organizations Lead team efforts to deliver effective and efficient services to assigned clients Take a proactive approach to ensure that clients are made aware of the full range of services available to them from the company, specifically within prime services Plan and develop the company's client relationships with the object of ensuring the complete satisfaction of the client, while focusing on increasing client swap balances, and range of services used Work in co-ordination with the client to develop a structure which replicates their accounting methodology and internal processing cycles Assist clients in the swap reset and payment processes across multiple asset classes and markets Advise on details for all client corporate action bookings through liaison with trade support, trading and corporate actions departments Analyze current client accounts, collect and assimilate client's business information, construct initial recommendations and proposals for the client's review, develop realistic, detailed and actionable plans Required Skills 2-7 years client service experience Distinct knowledge of the equity swap product as well as an overall understanding of the equity markets Comfortable using trading, position keeping, client reporting and settlement systems, as well as Microsoft applications Top schooling with high GPA Company: Execu/Search Group Job Title: Client Services Associate Job Category: Accounting/Finance/Insurance Location: US-NY-New York City Salary/Wage: 60,000.00 - 85,000.00 USD /year Reference Id: J49390
