Client Services Coordinator

PrO Unlimited, a global consulting firm supporting contingent workforce management, is currently recruiting for the position of Staffing Specialist / Client Services Coordinator in Boston, MA.

Current estimates are that contingent workforce management is a $1.0 Trillion dollar industry and expected to grow 50% by 2012. PRO Unlimited established the first contingent workforce management program in 1995 and has shown double-digit growth since.

SUMMARY:
This position supports the success of PrO Unlimited by adding a necessary value in servicing our clients.  This is an exciting career opportunity for someone who values advancement, growth, and high quality work. 

DESCRIPTION:
*The Staffing Specialist/CSC will be responsible for the day-to-day delivery of our managed staffing services, which includes Staffing, Payroll and Compliance.
*This position will facilitate the recruitment process and fulfillment of temporary positions.
*Will be responsible for managing the relationship/interaction between staffing vendors and client managers, including regular follow up on the requisitions.
*Resolve and follow through with all issues related to worker, manager and staffing agency in a timely manner.
*Train client and suppliers on our proprietary database.
* Three years business/customer service experience. HR/Staffing experience desired
* Experience building relationships with all levels of management
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Critical thinker
* Strong Problem solving abilities
* Ability to prioritize workflow
* Organized/detail oriented with strong time management skills
* Proficient computer skills (excel, word and outlook)
* Flexible
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment
