Client Services Representative

Quality Technical Services, Inc. has a current opening for a Client Services Representative in their Mobile, AL office.  QTS, Inc. is a full-service contract personnel firm dedicated to finding the most qualified individuals to fill their client’s needs. QTS specializes in building unique, quality relationships and providing all levels of Technical, Engineering, IS/IT, and Professional personnel.  The position is a full time opening for an individual who will be committed to building and maintaining professional relationships with hiring managers and decision makers.  This person will also be responsible for new business development.  A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or Public Relations is preferred.  This candidate will be responsible for servicing our contract employees on assignment with frequent calls and on-site visits.  Some overnight travel will be required.  In addition, being self motivated, yet able to thrive in a team environment is crucial.  Strong work ethic, being goal oriented, and having a positive and persistent attitude is a must!  Excellent communication skills and computer proficiency are required.  Experience in the staffing industry is a plus!
