About The Company
My client, an early-stage medical device manufacturer with an exciting proprietary and clinically differentiating technology, is building their Field Sales Organization to support the recent signing of several large GPO/IDN contracts. Get in on the ground floor for a rare chance to earn an equity position and grow with this organization.
About The Position:
The Clinical Education Specialist position is responsible for supporting the sale of their product conversions and executing hospital-wide in-services.
Salary of $70k plus $10k bonus for a total compensation opportunity of $80k.
Car expense reimbursement of .505c per mile.
Stock options!!!
3 weeks vacation
Skills/Qualifications:
To be considered for this outstanding opportunity, you MUST have the following:
§ RN
§ 2 years of Clinical Education Specialist experience in the hospital preferred.
§ Solid knowledge of medical education industry guidelines
§ Medical Device industry or clinical experience preferred
§ Experience delivering in-services to multiple departments to gain product adoption and installation.
§ Experience in supporting Sales Reps with clinical issues and/or concerns
§ Strong established physician and nurse relationships preferred.
§ Solid clinical and consultative selling skills
§ Ability to travel 50-75%
§ Occasionally work on weekends for large installations with comp vacation time
