Qualifications Candidates need to have superior phone skills to be able to speak clearly and work through solutions with their customers. Candidates need to have a High School diploma or equivilant. All candidates need to possess a minimum of 2 years experience collecting on consumer debt. Candidates that have worked for Third Party Collection Agencies and have worked with credit card collections is highly desired. Demonstrates persistence.
