Comp and Benefits Analyst

91585 Compensation / Benefit Analyst Exciting new opportunity in downtown Boston! Our client is seeking an experienced Compensation / Benefits professional to join their team. In this role, you will be the point person on all compensation issues as well as employee contact on benefit questions. Your focus will be primarily on the compensation piece yet experience with benefit administration is required. Specific responsibilities will include: Complete salary surveys and conduct market research. Manage year end compensation process. Write job descriptions and grade positions. Administer employee benefits and act as point of contact on all benefit related issues. Oversee benefit orientation and enrollment.Qualified candidates will have: B.A./B.S. Degree. 5 years of HR experience. In-depth knowledge of compensation and wage structures, as well as benefits administration. Excellent organization skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
