Down-town company with beautiful offices, excellent benefits and strong corporate culture is looking to add a Marketing Assistant to their Marketing team (5-person team).Provide full range administrative support for Marketing team (including the Regional Director of Marketing)Handle the logistics for networking meetings, industry events and the annual convention (200-300 attendees)Produce PowerPoint presentations to be used at the weekly Marketing/Manager's meetingArrange travel (mostly domestic) for the Regional DirectorWork in collaboration with 7-Administrative Assistants to ensure the entire Executive Management team is taken care of

This is a newly created role as the previous person has been promoted to a creative coordinator with the company.

The ideal person with have 2-4 years of Administrative experience, strong technical skills (MS Office) and experience supporting a Marketing group.
