Company Description Leading real estate company Job Description Responsibilities for the Controller include: Reviewing daily cash positions/reports Coordinating overnight investing Maintaining and reviewing details of investment portfolio and outside investments in limited partnerships and hedge funds Supervising recording of interest and dividend receipts and maintaining files Ensuring correspondence and capital call requirements with outside investments Overseeing all financial compliance issues, including tax filings, reporting to lenders and tax certiorari filings Conducting quarterly reporting and presentation to the owner and CEO Overseeing 3rd party managers Supervising IT function and accounting software development Maintaining relationships with lenders, banks and other key service providers and vendors Processing of letters of credit, drawdown requests, certain large wire transfers and investment transactions Maintaining proper controls over accounting procedures and transactions Interfacing with outside accountants/auditors Handling special projects, special requests, financings and other financial related matters Required Skills 10+ years of commercial and residential real estate experience Ability to read and interpret leases/loan agreements CPA Company: Execu/Search Group Job Title: Controller Job Category: Accounting/Finance/Insurance Location: US-NY-New York City Salary/Wage: 175,000.00 - 300,000.00 USD /year Reference Id: J46365
