The company is undergoing a restructuring and they are seeking someone with this type of experience and the constitution to handle an uncertain market. This is the lead finance position of the largest business unit for the company. This position is based in our Boston office. Manage a large accounting team and oversee: Financial reporting of over 100. Consolidation of funds in general ledger. Tax return preperation. Corporate financials. Audit. Sarbanes Oxley documentation. GAAP and SEC compliance. GAAP reporting.Requirements of the position include: 10+ years of accounting experience, preferably in real estate and/or finance industry. At least three years in a managerial capacity. Bachelor's Degree in Accounting. CPA. MBA. Experience with partnership accounting and reporting of multiple consolidating entities.
