Activities include: Instruction receipt and authentication. Entry instruction and verification (dual controls). Processing and recording. Reporting and acknowledgement. Reconciliation. Some areas where these activities would take place include: Trade Entry. Foreign Exchange Processing. Trade Settlement. Corporate Action Processing. Research Notification.Responsibilities: Processing transactions. Verifying information. Escalating problem items. Managing daily volume. Communicating as part of a team. Juggling several tasks efficiently despite resource and time constraints. Communicating professionally and constructively to effectively resolve issues in order to minimize risk and exposure. Contributing to Management Reporting. Providing superior client service. Resolving problems and executing transactions. Building expertise in specific function within Operations division.
