Corporate Contract Recruiter

Corporate Contract Recruiter will be responsible for full lifecycle recruitment for our Life Science Client in Seattle.

 

Responsibilities:

 

-  Source passive candidates through referrals, networking, internet searches, etc.

-  Generate qualified candidates through indirect sourcing (Cold Calling) via telephone and/or email.

-  Utilize a large internal resume database for the sourcing and tracking of candidates.

-  Screen candidates for availability, interest level, salary range, relocation needs, etc.

 

Requirements:

 

-  Three to seven years of agency and corporate recruiting experience required.

-  Experience in recruiting within at least one of the following areas within the Medical Device or pharmaceutical industry is strongly preferred: Quality, Clinical, Regulatory, Packaging, R&D, Manufacturing Engineering.

-  Interest and aptitude for learning highly technical subject matter.

-  Professional, high energy, engaging personality that comes across over the telephone.

-  Highly articulate, well-developed, effective written and verbal communication skills used to gather information and engage potential candidate's interest in Edwards.

-  Comfortable cold-calling and making numerous telephone calls.

-  Results-oriented mindset (high sense of urgency, determination, tenacity, etc.)

-  Excellent negotiating skills coupled with strong ability to handle objections effectively.

-  Strong organizational skills (especially as they relate to data collection and reporting), a multi-tasking style and project management approach.

-  Knowledge of any major Applicant Tracking System (i.e. Vurv, Brass Ring, VirtualEdge, Resumix, PeopleSoft, Personic, etc.) a plus.
