Corporate Finance Manager

86770 International publicly traded technology manufacturing company is looking for a Corporate Finance Manager. Public accounting experience is highly desired. SEC reporting experience is required. The Corporate Finance Manager will be responsible for providing financial guidance to the organization by preparing all external SEC filings and discussing results with the Corporate Controller and CFO. The Corporate Finance Manager will also be responsible for researching technical financial matters. Position Requirements: CPA with 5-8 years experience is required. MBA a plus. Combination of public accounting (preferably from a Big 4 firm) and industry experience in corporate finance out of a publicly traded high-tech manufacturing business with international operations. Experience preparing and/or reviewing SEC documents. Able to perform technical research and make recommendations to management. Self-starting, self-directed team oriented professional with the ability to work independently. 5 to 10% possible travel.
