Corporate Tax Manager

91746 Are you a CPA with demonstrated experience preparing federal and state tax returns? Our client is a global industry leader and they are seeking a Corporate Tax Manager to oversee the preparation of their federal and state tax returns, extensions and estimated tax payments. The Corporate Tax Manager will also assist in the preparation of the tax provision under FAS 109 and work with the Tax Director and Senior Tax Manager on special tax projects as needed. Qualifications: CPA with 5-7 years of tax compliance experience focusing on federal and state returns. Public accounting experience strongly preferred. Solid understanding of FAS 109 and FIN 48.
