   Inbound Customer Service RepresentativesMechanicsburg, PA Bertelsmann Direct North America (BDNA) formerly YES Solutions/Bookspan has partnered with Spherion Staffing.   We are currently recruiting for experienced Customer Service Associates for the Mechanicsburg, PA call center.   SUMMARYCustomer Service Associates will respond to customer contacts received via phone, mail and email in an accurate, courteous and efficient manner. JOB DUTIESPosition duties include but are not limited to Ability to quickly identify customer issues through verbal conversation/listening skills or through reading and comprehending customer correspondence and emails. Learns, retains and accurately applies business rules to all contact resolutions. Research customer account information by accessing the appropriate mainframe system screens. Meet all production, quality and service level goals associated with the phone, mail and email workloads.   MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS HS Diploma or GED Minimum 6 months Customer Service experience. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent research and problem-solving skills. Ability to make independent judgments. Excellent listening and telephone etiquette skills.
