Challenging position for internally motivated individual who enjoys a variety of responsibilities without repetition. This results oriented individual will be responsible for global knowledge of their accounts and to help drive change in this evolving role. Responsible for providing high-level service to customers, sales and/or service representatives in proactively managing a variety of pre-sales and post-sales functions from Quote to Cash. Works independently to service internal customers and Verigy trade customers in areas such as quotes/orders, product changes or returns, delivery/installation, training, finance/leasing, accounts receivable collections, contract issues.
