This is a 6 month contract-to-hire position!Job Description:  Process member application and open enrollments for healthcare provider Combination of inbound and outbound calls depending on issue Receive inbound calls from members in reference to members calling to inquire about the application process or their status Place outbound calls to customers to inquire about their account Assist with open enrollment in healthcare services Enter data and update member information in company database Perform other duties as required Qualifications:  High School Diploma/GED required 2 years customer service / call center experience required Healthcare insurance experience a plus!!!
